Call recording · transcription · AI summaries

Every call recorded, written up and searchable. None of it goes to a third-party AI.

Tri-Line TIM records your calls, transcribes them and writes the summary the moment the caller hangs up. The AI runs on your own servers or in a private hosted instance, your choice. Either way there are no per-token bills and no audio sent to third parties. It works with any phone system that outputs SMDR.

How it works

From call record to answers

All four parts are Tri-Line products, supplied, installed and supported by Viegli.

Log

TIM

Tri-Line's call management platform reads the SMDR call details from your phone system: who called whom, when, for how long and on which line. Everything else is built on this record.

Record

Echo

Secure recording of VoIP, ISDN and analogue calls, matched to the user and call details from your PBX's SMDR. Click to play from any report, mask card details, annotate calls and audit who listened.

Transcribe and summarise

Echo Note

Every recording becomes a transcript and a structured write-up: an overview, action items with owners, and sentiment and compliance flags. Ready as soon as the call ends, and pushed into your CRM.

Ask your calls

Echo Brain

Managers ask questions in plain English across every recorded call, and get answers that link back to the calls they came from.

Private AI

Your calls stay private. Your costs stay flat.

Transcription and summaries run on a local language model, never a public AI service. Nothing is sent to OpenAI or any other third party. You choose where it runs.

Option 1

On-premise

Installed on your own servers or private cloud. Audio and transcripts never leave your network. Suits organisations with strict data-residency rules.

Option 2

Hosted

A private, dedicated hosted instance, run and maintained for you. No hardware to buy, and still no public AI services or per-token charges.

Who it's for

One system, three very different jobs

Compliance · Legal · FinTech · NHS suppliers

Sovereign call intelligence

AI transcription and insight that never touches the public cloud.

Supports GDPR, MiFID II and PCI DSS obligations with private processing (on-premise or hosted), encrypted recordings, card-detail masking and a full listening audit.

Sales teams · Support desks · MSPs

Automatic wrap-up

Stop typing up calls. The notes are written before the next one rings.

Summaries and action items land in the CRM automatically, so agents spend their time on customers instead of data entry.

Ops directors · Quality · Dispute resolution

A searchable call archive

Turn folders of WAV and MP3 files into answers.

Find what was promised, when and by whom, across every call, without listening back to hours of audio.

Ask your calls

Ask a question. Get the answer and the calls behind it.

Pick a question to see the kind of answer Echo Brain gives. These are examples, not live data.

Did the client confirm payment terms?

Yes. On the 4 November call the customer agreed to 30-day payment terms, and repeated them back when Sarah summarised the order.

  • 04/11 10:21 · Ext 214"So that's thirty days from invoice, yes, that's fine."

Any phone system

Not just Mitel. Any PBX that outputs SMDR.

TIM reads the call details your phone system already produces, so it works across mixed estates, multiple sites and older systems alike.

  • Mitel
  • Unify / OpenScape
  • Avaya
  • Cisco
  • Microsoft Teams
  • 3CX
  • NEC
  • Panasonic
  • Wildix
  • + any SMDR source

VoIP calls are recorded from the network with no extra hardware. ISDN and analogue lines are recorded with intercept devices.

Security

Built for regulated industries

  • Encrypted recordings. Calls are stored with 256-bit AES encryption and served over HTTPS.
  • Card details masked. Recording pauses for payments, triggered by a web page, keypad sequence or API.
  • Listening audit. See who played each call, and when.
  • Retention rules. Old recordings are deleted automatically, and specific calls can be found and removed on request.
  • No third-party AI. Transcripts and summaries are produced on your servers or in a private hosted instance.
  • Supplied by Viegli. A UK telephony specialist that installs TIM, connects it to your systems and looks after it.
